MB INVEST Group in conjunction with KAT-RECYKLING SP Z O.O. offers this application, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the User, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By using the Application, you agree to comply with and accept these Regulations.
These regulations have been drawn up in accordance with the law, in order to protect Users and ensure high quality of services.
If you do not agree or accept the Regulations, please do not use our services.
ARTICLE 1: INTRODUCTION
A User Account is defined as each User's private account, which can be accessed using a private and confidential username and password.
The subscription provides access to all Services available on the website and in the Application as defined in this article.
Services are defined as search settings, functions available in the Application.
ARTICLE 2: ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS
2.1 Entity Services
The application contains a price guide for trading scrap catalytic converters.
2.2 Download Terms
Users and other interested parties can download the app to their smartphone or tablet for free.
2.3 Pre-Subscription Terms
The User guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and undertakes to update it on his Account.
Automatic creation of an Account and/or use of a false or fake ID is prohibited.
ARTICLE 3: SERVICES, CREDITS AND SUBSCRIPTION
3.1 X Credits Pass Search
Search Pass allows you to access the "Services" through the Website and App for 365 days for X searches on the App
One search will use one Credit.
3.2 Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide unlimited access to the database and additional features
3.3 Cancellation of subscription
Subscriptions can be canceled by directly logging into your account or by contacting our 24/7 support on the website and in the app
3.4 Refunds
Pass searches and subscriptions are non-refundable
ARTICLE 4: USER RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITY
4.1 User rights
Users have the right to obtain information, rectify or delete their personal data.
To exercise these rights, the User must contact the support department at biuro@kat-recykling.pl
4.2 User Responsibilities
By subscribing to our Services and using the Application, the User undertakes to:
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
Not making false statements;
Respect intellectual and industrial property rights;
Harm the Services or the Site;
Refrain from commercial or advertising use of the Application
Do not share your account details with third parties.
4.3 Misuse and Malicious Activities
Users should use the Services in their true form and refrain from any actions that could impair, disrupt or delay the services provided to other users.
Users may not create any scripts, software, code or programs that could impair, disrupt, reduce or add to the functionality of the Services.
Users may not sell, rent, share or transfer their access to our Website and App.
We reserve the right to terminate any Account that does not comply with these rules and potentially initiate legal action.
4.4 User Generated Content Policy
By submitting content, you agree that:
We have exclusive permission to freely use, modify, publish and publicly display the submitted content via any web or mobile applications, after moderation.
The Content does not infringe or violate the intellectual property or other rights of any other person or entity, or any applicable law.
ARTICLE 5: OBLIGATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ECOTRADE GROUP
5.1 Obligations of MB INVEST MARCIN BICZYSKO
The MB INVEST Group undertakes to provide Users with Services in accordance with the law and art.
However, in the event of suspension of access to the Services due to a computer failure or in the event of the inability to use the Services due to the operation of MB INVEST during the Subscription period, it will be automatically extended for the period of the User's benefits for a period equivalent to the suspension of the Services.
5.2 Liability of the MB INVEST Group
The MB INVEST Group is not responsible for the compatibility of the User's terminals.
The MB INVEST Group does not guarantee the possibility of using the Services in the event of a failure of the User's Internet Service Provider or in the event of non-operation or poor access conditions caused by Internet overload or other reasons beyond the control of MB INVEST and its service providers or as a result of "force majeure".
5.3 User Generated Content (UGC)
We are committed to robust and effective UGC moderation to the best of our ability, and to removing or blocking aggressive users who violate the Application's terms of use and/or user policies.
